In this sermon Venerable Bhikkhu Kaṭukurunde Ñāṇananda explains about what arises and what perishes thus giving a misty experience of one either enjoying or suffering because of it. Buddha says that whatever suffering or dukkha arises, it is all dependent on preparations or sankhara. When preparations cease, the arising of suffering ceases.
