Use Instagram's 'Close Friends' Feature for Market Research

Have you used Instagram's "Close Friends" feature yet? Today, I'm sharing how you can use this new feature to do market research for a new product or offer in your business.

First, make sure you are adding potential clients to the Close Friends list. You want this to be people who fall into your ideal target market.

Then, post an Instagram Story that ask people questions about your potential new offer or product. Get their feedback! I recommend using an Instagram poll or use the question box. Make sure to only post it to the Close Friends list.

Then, engage with those who engage with your poll. Ask follow up questions –– DO NOT pitch yet though! Just talk to them and see what they're struggling with.
