Cargoes which may liquefy - Cargo Work (Hazards, Precautions, Procedures)

Certain bulk and dry cargoes may liquefy die to the ship's movement at sea. Such cargoes that tend to liquefy pose the threat of shifting and rolling over to one side which may further lead to ship listing to one side or an angle of loll or even capsizing.
