● This time I go back to pure Vendread. 1 Executor in order to have protection when needed, but Battlelord is key this season. I got over all the nasty monsters effects thanks to it (and by that I mean Kiteroid). Master of Rite II proves to be the best skill to use again due to all the monster effects
● I feel this build is somewhat better than the synchro version. Pretty consistent at ritual summoning and actually being able to follow up. Battlelord allowed me to OTK a bunch of games where my opponents think they could leave their board open with Kiteroid. If you have weak opening hand, try ritual a Vendread with backrow banishing effect and you're good to go (banishing Invocation/Sanctified wins games). A lot of people don't understand Vendread as well, so bring out an Executor and enjoy seeing them cosmic their own backrow
