SPLITS FLEXIBILITY FLOW 45 MIN | LIVINGROOM YOGA In this 45 minute class you will warm up your body with a few sun salutations and then you’ll flow into lunges, lunge variations, and other stretches to increase flexibility in your hips and hamstrings that will prepare you for hanumanasana, or splits.

This class is perfect for all levels, there are some more intermediate aspects, so please modify where necessary if you are a beginner, by using blocks or a strap.
