GD texture and performance fix

Custom style/game sheet:

The byte address: 3C1F7
Alternative addresses if you want to change menu items:
1045F4, 21F277, 228617

DO NOT edit the byte if its not 06, this will break the game.

No this is NOT a hack. you simply change which image encoder you call and thus only edit the behaviour of the texture looks with a performance increase as side effect.
