Can a African Descendant Man: Speak on his Hurt????

I am(he is) NOT Belittling, Bashing, & nor Attacking the same Race Woman. He is venting about his hurts & pain

Is that possible on "Social MEDIA," without saying, "He Hate the same Race Females."

Can he just speak his mind, on how he is being done by the same Race Females?!

Which in most of "us" Brotha's case, we are Treated with .... No:
- RESPECT
- Love
- Support

Then we are Aspected to Uphold this premise of, "Love the same Race females!"

Why is he held to that standard, BUT females can talk to, treat, & get away with NOT BEING a Good same Race counterpart to the same Race Man?!?!(On & Off Social MEDIA)
