BEST VIEWED IN FULL SCREEN | We can change the world for the better by evolving our consciousness to represent our humanity as an advance civilization on this planet. The way we accomplish this is taking individuals through a spiritual training program to learn Jedi like mind techniques of directing consciousness to master the art of conscious living. From the perspective of expressing our highest spiritual potential we first learn the art of allowing, which is knowing how to be in alignment with who we really are in spirit and in truth. We come into this experience very quickly by learning to express our life through the principle of love, peace and harmony, which is a way of "Being" the cause of creating positive effects for others to experience. This is actually the art of practicing personal happiness. This spiritual practice is about coming into the knowledge of the vibrational reality of the universe as being the ocean of thought energy in motion as a universal field of Cosmic Consciousness, Universal Intelligence as the Omnipresence of GOD ... in Action! All human thoughts are this same energy frequency in consciousness. When we qualify our thoughts with a frequency of love we are in vibrational harmony with the universe. We get to experience our consciousness expand into higher states of awareness and know the true nature of life in and around us. Having the ability to tap into the this field of Universal Intelligence to stream in our consciousness is just one aspect of our highest conscious potential as a human being. Our creative potentials are powerful as well. In order for anyone to experience these higher potentials of knowingness; one must cultivate the conscious ability to express love through the process of self-mastery to the point of self realization. The learning process is how we control our thoughts and feelings. We learn how to focus and direct our attention in a way that strengthens our conscious abilities and experience our creative powers. This spiritual practice embraces this spiritual union of soul with its Creator as the supreme objective. In proper scope and sequence, light comes first in the form of knowledge and illumination, and then the Sound Current (voice of God) manifests and confers Self and God Realization. In this spiritual realization you have transitioned from identifying with the mind to realizing the true self in soul. The simple reason why most humans are unaware of this innate Sound Current that silently exists within their very own consciousness is that the Sound Current cannot percolate downward into their conscious minds for easy recognition. This is why we are learning how to Ascend our Awareness by consciously redirecting our otherwise scattered "attention" into the central space of the "Third Eye," which exists in a dimensional reality called the Astral plane. The Practice: At bedtime, lie comfortably and do the following 15-minute meditation before drifting off to sleep: Start with placing your attention within the Third Eye. If you don’t know where that is … (Think of the person that you love or imagine a Juicy Yellow Lemon and you are there). Breath in and on the breath out Vibrate the frequency sound of HU. (HUuuuuuu) placing your attention into the Third Eye (3 to 5 rounds). Then relax. Now direct the following energies of thoughts into your Third-Eye. Repeat the following truths as a (whisper then silently) “I AM BEING THE PERFECT EXPRESSION OF DIVINE LOVE, PEACE, AND HARMONY.” (3x) Then break it down to “I AM BEING THE PERFECT EXPRESSION OF DIVINE LOVE” (6x) and then “I AM DIVINE LOVE” (9x) and then “I AM THAT I AM”(13x) and then “I AM.” (108x) To keep count use a string of 108 beads called Mala Beads. Stay on this path by applying this practice every evening for however long it takes to neutralize the frequency thoughts of negativity that you are harboring in your consciousness towards yourself and others. By doing this you are qualify the inner world of your mind, body and soul --with the energy of LOVE, PEACE, and HARMONY. These spiritual energies will grow your conscious awareness into higher realms of understanding about the world you are living in. This is how you learn to evolve your consciousness.
