Chef Fabrice Danniel, Vice Director of Culinary Arts and Chef David Duverger, Cuisine Teaching Chef of Le Cordon Bleu, Paris showcased a series of demonstrations in Classical French Cuisine & Desserts, as part of a day-long culinary exchange workshop to the Student Chefs of ICCA Dubai - Professional Program, on Tuesday, February 19th, 2019. The workshop also marked the onset of the proposed partnership between the ICCA Dubai and Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, providing an opportunity to the ICCA students to further their specialization in French Cuisine in their Le Cordon Bleu's flagship institute in Paris.
