Community space rather than condos

A Kelowna group says the city is making a big mistake with a key piece of property. The former RCMP property is close to the water, the theatre, and surrounded by other civic properties. A group calling itself the Kelowna Legacy Group has a vision for the land that could make it a legacy project for generations to enjoy.
