We support - AB 302 in California Assembly Bill 302 in California requires all community colleges to allow students to sleep in their cars overnight in the school's parking lots. We are proposing that colleges face this issue head-on and implement PAD housing, either in existing parking lots, on-campus or near it.
The PAD is a solution that is much more cost-effective than other tiny home options at less than $150 per square foot versus over $300 per square foot for the alternative.
