1) Our hip workouts are designed to grow the muscles of the quads and hips which in turn cause an illusion of wider hips- they will not grow your hip bones!
2) The workouts uploaded are not the only ones Chi used for her transformation- all our personal workouts are based on progressive overload meaning we make them harder every 2-3 months.
