Trading Bicuspids for Wisdom Teeth. Many nice things follow as a result- Case of a young girl

This was a severe class 2 div 1 malocclusion with a slight increase in the vertical 1/3rd of the face and a severe crowding situation.

We sacrifised the first bicuspid in the upper arch and the 2nd bicuspid in the lower arch. This allowed us to move the upper teeth back and the lower teeth forward better.

The angle of the upper anterior and the lower anterior almost reverse in finishing the case. This is interesting to observe how you can make the face look good even though the jaw itself is short.
