Bread omelette: perfectly suitable to serve as breakfast or snack! One of the quickest & delicious egg bread breakfast sandwich recipes to make!INGREDIENTS

• 2 bread slices

• 3 eggs

• 1 red onion, chopped

• 1 green chili, finely chopped

• 2 tbsp parsley

• 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

• 1 pinch of turmeric

• salt

• 2 tbsp vegetable oil

 

METHOD



Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add turmeric, salt and pepper and mix

Add onions, green chilies and parsley. Divide the omelette mixture into 2 parts.

Oil the pan (1 tablespoon), fry the bread until golden brown on both sides.

Add the rest of the oil. Pour the omelet into the pan

Put it in the center of the omelet, wrap all the edges and serve.
