heyyy :)) here's what i actually eat in a day and how i stay healthy + happy! since trying the have a more healthy and happy relationship with food and weight loss, i've been way more focused on having a balanced diet rather that cutting all the "bad" things out đ
so this is a much more realistic day of eating for me, all plant based / vegan food that's full of energy to help me be super productive đĒ
