Grand Central Station Is on the NYPD's Sensitive Location List for possible terrorist act..However, Both Officers are seen hanging out with their cellphones in hand, not paying attention to their post and as you can see that these officers aren't even viewing the monitor screen where they can tap into several cameras at that subway station...these officers are wrong for this post and are putting the lives of civilians and tourists in Danger which is unacceptable.....#NYPD
