A fellow business owner Matt Vosburgh posted a video where he talks about the doubts he experiences as a small business owner. He explains how his biggest struggle is with self doubt. It's that negative voice in your own head that gets you thinking, "Why am I running this business? Should I continue to do this? Is it time to call it quits?" I know this is a common theme for all business owners. No one is exempt. I think that doubt is a healthy thing. I know it motivates me. We do have to find ways to keep it in check and I discuss ways to do this here.
