Roasted Spicy Mayo Chicken Breasts - Blast from the Past In this blast from the Past, Bobby joins Paula to work some magic in the kitchen to show off a real simple recipe that’ll leave the family come runnin’ for seconds!

Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Zest of 2 lemons, finely grated
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon celery seeds
1 teaspoon salt, plus additional for seasoning
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus additional for seasoning
4 (8-oz) boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 pinch cayenne pepper


Preparation
1.) Preheat the oven to 425 °F.
2.) Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
3.) In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon zest, paprika, celery seeds, salt, pepper and cayenne.
4.) Season the chicken with additional salt and pepper, to taste.
5.) Arrange the chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
6.) Slather the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken.
7.) Bake until the juices run clear when the chicken is pricked with a fork, about 20 to 25 minutes.
7.) Transfer the chicken to a serving platter and serve hot.
