MasterChef contestants held back tears when they had an emotional reunion with their families on Wednesday night's episode.And now, Melbourne receptionist Tati Carlin has revealed the only way contestants are allowed to stay in contact with their loved ones while filming the series. Speaking to Ten Daily, Tati revealed the amateur cooks are given a 'house phone' to share - which is actually an old Nokia. That's unusual! She went on to say some of the younger contestants weren't even born when the phone came out with them struggling to figure out how to 'unlock it'.Tati explained the contestants are only allowed to speak to their loved ones for 10 minutes at a time.
