Bukkōji street is 3.9km long, located at 250m south of Shijo street which is the center of Kyoto. Name of Bukkoji street is from pathing north side of Bukkoji temple which is located in south of Karasuma station.
The west end of Bukkoji street is around Saiin station and the east end is Kamogawa river.
