Pleasing Personality in the Philippines - What does it really mean When you are in the Philippines you will notice many adds for employment will ask for "a pleasing personality" now as a naive foreigner that was rather amusing to me as I always thought it was like a code for being attractive. So in this video I though we would find out what employers actually mean by the term Pleasing Personality. Is it simply you must be an attractive filipino or Filipina to get the Job or does it go much deeper than that and is it much different to what many other Countries would have when seeking the right person for employment.
