Planting Edible Container Combinations

In this video I am planting some edible container combinations for on my deck. I find it handy to have some small pots with easy to grab ingredients to throw together a quick salad. I have two pots with Tiny Tim tomatoes in combination with a variety of lettuces. I like my salads to have a variety of flavours, colours, and textures in the "greens". I have also decided to try a Patio Baby eggplant this year. This eggplant is supposed to be a smaller sized plant perfect for containers and the fruit is said to be a smaller size as well. I am eager to see how this eggplant turns out. In with the eggplant I've planted some Marigold seeds. Marigolds are an edible flower and provide a pop of colour. All of these plants will be in a mostly full sun postion with the lettuces and marigolds getting some shade as the other plants grow and fill out. I am using 12" containers with a container vegetable potting soil. I hope you enjoy seeing these pots come together. Let me know if you have some favourite edible conatiner combinations.
