customer in Atlanta ask me how
often you should get your house pressure
washed? This is a very common question that
we get asked all the time! It really
depends on a few factors.
How wooded is your lot? Where it
sits in correlation to the Sun and how
how fast the mold grows
on the type of surface, you have on your
house whether it be brick or a variety of siding types.
We recommend getting it
done once a year! If you get it done once a year you
basically, stop the mold
before it really gets going! Having this service done once a year also prevents stains from setting in. We clean the house and under the eaves and get them looking new for you. It will also remove all the cobwebs and things that seem to really bother people!
So once a year usually works best for most
homeowners. But in some circumstances
twice a year or if it's the other way
you could even go once every other year
it would depend on your home’s details.
But once a year is usually the golden rule for our company
and what we recommend our customers.
