I think we all know that the Lakers basically traded most of their core to the Pelicans in order to get the services of a top 5 player in this league today. Because of that, we are left with five players in which only three are competitive enough to be on the floor.
In this video, we’re going to look for options at the small forward spot and see if they would be good signings and be able to take off a bit of the scoring and defensive workload that LeBron James usually does night to night.
The wing position is actually one of the deepest in this year’s free agency so our main goal here is to look for quality role players that wouldn’t take too much of the Lakers cap space.
Anyway! here are the 5 small forwards that they can afford to back up LeBron and be good enough to hold the fort whenever the King takes a seat.
