GJ OFF-ROAD 30 MILES | IT'S ALL IN THE HEAD

This weekend was finally the GJ Off-road, and let me tell you it was every bit as hard as I thought it would be, but keeping a good attitude got me through. I actually enjoyed this ride. I finished despite cramping so bad that I couldn't stand up, let alone pedal, 3 times. It took me 5 hours to complete. Thank you for watching.
