GDPR requires you to have an inventory of personal data. You should make a list of all the personal data details you collect within your business. This will give you the opportunity to see which data are collected. Not only will this give you a much better overview of how you manage personal data within your business. But you will also be prepared if a data breach occurs or perhaps any customer questions that come your way regarding the use of their data.
