Should you do the Big 3 when you are over 40?? The BIG THREE!

The Bench Press | The Squat | The Deadlift


Use them regularly and you become STRONG! YES!!
But should you be doing them All the Time?

The longer I focus on training Myself and men and Women over 40
And the older I become


The more inclined I am to say NO!!!
