In today’s video I show you an Ink blending technique using plastic lace that I got from Spotlight in Australia. I call it lace stenciling, you know the plastic lace table runners that’s on the roll, It’s usually used for tea dying paper for Junk Journal pages. I tried it with the cheaper version of the life changing makeup brushes and distress ink, and it worked like magic.
The makeup brushes get right into the little holes and leave the most amazing pattern on the paper. Whether you use tea dyed paper or deli paper which are perfect for making background pages for your junk journals.
This technique is perfect because you don’t have to wet the paper and wait for it to dry, and you control how much of the pattern shows up. If you want it light or dark.
