Home Oblique Workout for High-Definition Abs (10 Min Follow Along) Oblique workouts and exercises are a critical and often overlooked element of building a ripped set of abs. Even the sharpest six pack won’t look perfect unless it is framed out by an equally shredded set of obliques.

This is a full oblique workout that will focus on getting ripped v-cuts that you can do whenever and wherever you like. You won't need any equipment or weight.

This video is full length which means you can just follow along with whatever I'm doing. If you need extra rest, just pause the video. If you don't need a rest - watch it the whole way through.
