The first step to any file, listing or contract, in Command is to create a contact first. You must have the buyer or seller as a contact in Command before it will let you create an Opportunity. That's why it's important to get in the habit of adding people to your database as you meet them or interact with them! If you already have the buyer or seller in your database, you can move on to the next video- "Creating an Opportunity + Importing Documents"
