- It is a female, possibly a cocker mix of some sort. She is in deplorable condition and has several wounds on her body. She was found on St Rt 42 near Co Rd 103 in Mt Gilead, OH. It is our GUESS she experienced long term neglect and was subsequently dumped.
What you see is a combination of feces, hair and urine. She is in very poor condition but stable. She is estimated to be 7 or so years old. She was covered in feces and urine and it had matted every inch of hair on my body. I was barely recognizable.
She have a leg wound that is pretty severe, showing tendon and bone and two wounds on her mouth that can't be explained.
She was exhausted, confused and terrified.
This dog had endured long term neglect. Deprivation of consistent food and water led to medical conditions that the dog was not able to recover from.
