Well, this video is something which I really did not want to make. But, few things have triggered and I felt to address them here... May be after seeing this video, you guys might judge me as well... but I would request you all to see the video till last so that you can understand what exactly I wanted to convey...

One more thing, this video is made in BENGALI... but I feel every one will understand the basic point of this video. Don't want to blabber much...
