I think this is the one from SanoTohno 2nd's video but idk. This is pretty much a Miku with HNK playstyle, (or reminds me of it) but gave it the brutalness of K.Y-Shanxi's AI patch Mario. This Miku is out for blood, she will always do a 100% combo and she is able to do it even with 0 power meaning one misplay or mistake will cost you the whole round. Maid Miku's AI will when up close will rapidly low kick if it hits she will combo you before doing a hyper and you die. If you block she will keep low kicking until she gets two bars of power and do an unblockable hyper doing lots of damage but your be able to recover. She has huge blockstun so you wont be able to retaliate very easily. If far away, Maid Miku will spam knifes and you would think Hatsune Miku wouldn't be able to throw like 6 knifes very fast but you would be wrong, if anything she throws them so fast that it causes an infinite and your pretty much fucked, If you block she will chip you to death. So pretty much to quote someone who sent me this patch "she's basically just, either she infinites into death, infinite blockstuns into unblockable, or spams ranged attacks until they get hit" - Aroxs. TDA Maid Miku is fairly slow and her AI is easy to predict making her not as hard as K.Y-Shanxi's AI patch Mario in my opinion but this patch should not be fought by newer players as it is quite OP. Using characters that have a burst like Nep Heart or Guilty Gear characters are recommended since they can escape the 100% combo at least once. Sadly normal characters especially underpowered D4Miku will struggle. Note this character is 1.1 only which is why im using default Mugen.
