Accounts in collection can happen because of a medical bill, utility bill, and even unpaid parking ticket. Maxed out line of credit can happen because of medial issues or emergencies. Pay off the balance on your credit card to help increase your credit score. You can also apply for new lines of credit to increase your credit limit that can ultimately increase your credit score.
