Well your GKI index may be the reason! WHAT IS THE GKI INDEX??? The GKI Index is the ratio of your blood ketones to your blood glucose and if this ratio is off, you WILL NOT burn fat and lose weight! You think to yourself "my ketones are high, I'm in ketosis...BUT, I'm still not losing weight!!!
