Making a Bent Lamination Office Chair || #Rocklerbentwoodchallenge (2019) For the Rockler bent wood challenge being put on the the Modern Maker Podcast, I made a bent lamination wood office chair.

I've built a few wood chairs, but this was by far the most complicated because of all the bent lamination wood parts. It definitely stretched my abilities as a woodworker to build this chair.

There have been lots of cool entries into the Rockler Bent wood Challenge, and I'm looking forward to see the videos others publish.

The design of office chair has a very Ikea feel, according to Chris Salomone from Foureyes, but I can't argue with. I do love the minimalistic midcentury modern look the chair has, and the bent lamination pieces flow really well into each other.
