Live Now | SANTIAGO – Protesters gather at Plaza Italia in the Chilean capital Santiago. President Sebastian Pinera extended the state of emergency on Sunday (October 20) to cities in the north and south after at least seven people were killed amid violence clashes and arson attacks.
