In today’s episode, Eugene talks about an advanced workout tip for building muscle. Using cluster sets in your workout can be a great tool in your training to help you push your intensity when appropriate.
Cluster Set Key Points
- Choose a weight/load that you can do for an 8 rep max
- Do as many sets as you can controlled without form breaking down of just 3 reps
- 10s rest between each set
- Should fall between 12-15 reps in total
