PvE Skill Point Allocation: Rapid Shot - Wind Bolt - Deadeye.

PvP Skill Point Allocation: Deadeye - Stormbolt - Rapid Shot OR Wind Bolt.

Bracelet: Tiger - Divinity - Warsong

Soul Badge: Sagewood (recommended to start with) - Warsong.

Mystic Badge: Pulse - Dynasty - Thornbreaker.
