This mantra is also for giving respect to Mahadev, like Om Namah Shivay or Rudrashtakam. In this mantra several verses is from Shiv Gayatri mantra. One name mentioned is Nilkanth which say how throat of Mahadev is blue. They take poison from sea to save universe.
One other name is "Tripurantakaya" which indicates that Mahadev win over three city created by Tripurasura.

Hiranyagarbha sukta from rigveda (10;121 hymn) declares the supreme Intelligence manifested himself in the beginning as the creator of universe , Hiranyagarbha means Golden womb or egg shaped cosmos .The lower half transformed as Earth and upper half transmuted as the sky Above . This concept of Golden womb is again mentioned In vishva karma sukta rigveda ( 10 - 82 )......
