In Mousesteps Weekly #322, we talk about the following topics: Denise visited the Magic Kingdom for Extra Extra Magic Hours! We were given a one night DVC Villa (from a friend of a friend) at Disney's Wilderness Lodge and Denise got up early to check out the 7:00am opening at the Magic Kingdom. She takes us down Main Street and a little around Fantasyland and Tomorrowland. Extra Extra Magic Hours run through November 2nd, 2019.
Next, we head to Epcot to see some favorite locations as they close for the transformation process. That includes the fountain, Club Cool, and the Starbucks. Jeff shows some of his vintage Epcot photos as well, including the Daredevil Circus Spectacular. We then head to Epcot two days later to check out the walls and we visit the new Character Spot location. The building that Character Spot and Club Cool were in will be demolished.
Minnie, Mickey and Goofy were in the Character Spot location!
We watch the D23 Epcot presentation by Bob Chapek, which was pretty detailed and then discuss what he said. He talks about much of what is coming to Epcot over the coming years, and much of it should be done by 2021 - Epcot will be very different.
