- Figuring out how to make Lasagna dog-friendly: Using Roasted Red Bell Pepper Sauce instead of tomato sauce (Tomato sauce can contain onions and garlic; is too acidic), cauliflower rice (with ricotta cheese)
- Grocery Shopping for ingredients
- Recipe: brush 4 red bell peppers with olive oil, broil for 5-6 min, make cauliflower rice in food processor, steam for 4.5 min, cook ground beef and ground pork, sweat the red bellpeppers for 10 min, peel off skin and blend, cook lasagna pasta noodles, rinse and place in cold water; drain cauliflower rice water by squeezing, mix with ricotta cheese and an egg; preheat oven to 375 degrees, line dish with parchment paper; layer lasagna (add layer of spinach), and top with mozzarella on top (fat free), cover with aluminum foil and bake in oven for 30 min, then uncover and bake for another 15-30 min; allow to cool fully!
