[The context/background of this video:] I've been getting many messages from western women about sexism in Japan. And quite many of them assume that Japan is a horrible male-dominated society that women are oppressed. Some of them even said women cannot be successful in Japan. That led me to make this video toward those women.

Sexism against women definitely does exist in Japan. But it doesn’t mean men don’t have any issues.
I hope more people acknowledge both issues and work on them together.
