Lesson #1.
Learn to make the real deal prison hootch (hooch), pruno, wine. Pineapple, OJ, raisins, etc. Learn the rules from a real wine king. I've unfortunately spent many years in prison. Not only have I been taught over the years, I've also done research.
These are the top two most important rules to making pruno or hootch.
* Never place bread in your wine as the yeast is long dead. Yeast dies at 140 degrees and most breads are baked close to 400 degrees.
*Make certain your fingers, nails and any containers or bags you use are sterile.
The best tasting batches of wine I have tasted have been made from pineapple juice with about 20 raisins added per gallon.
