Exactly What Meditation Does for your Brain This video is meant to serve as an accessible guide to anyone curious about the practical benefits of meditation. It is worth mentioning that meditation also offers extra insights on conscious experience, but those are put to the side for the time being. My main goal was to describe the more straight forward utility that someone looking to improve their life and productivity could understand.
