You got to keep a woman with a little bit of anxiety. She cannot be comfortable around you. Why? Once she feels comfortable around you it's the beginning of the end. This applies even more to guys in a relationship. When you're in a relationship with a woman, you can do this and you'll see the results pretty fast.

When I had a girlfriend, I hated making her feel down and I hated the thought of her feeling insecure. I didn't like the thought of her thinking that I didn't like her or the thought of her feeling rejected. I wanted to make her feel good and I didn't want to keep her waiting because I felt bad. Because of that, I just naturally validated her too much.

I don't care how much they're asking to be validated but you've got to keep them always wanting more. Never ever completely validate her. If you really want to validate her then do so but leave something to be desired.

We are wrong, we can't have a heart when it comes to this because that same girl that you're trying to protect is the same girl that, as soon as you mess up, will leave you. Put yourself first.

Women will leave you at a drop of a hat and when they leave you, it's not that they lost interest overnight, they slowly lost interest over the past few weeks. That's why women shift all of a sudden, it just takes a while.

There comes a point when you actually start loving the person and when that happens, we naturally don't want somebody who we love hurt but that's why narcissists and people who are very selfish actually get the girl. It's because they don't give a fuck. They'll do things that'll hurt the woman's feelings and she'll keep coming back.

So that's what I'm saying, when you watch these videos, the biggest hindrance is just doing it. The results come on their own but you just have to do it.
