Deputy President William Ruto has said those questioning his loyalty and how he has been operating in Government do not understand his roles well. Speaking at Sinonin in Eldama Ravine, Baringo County, where he attended a Sunday service-cum-fundraiser, Dr. Ruto said his critics were not used to his roles as enshrined in the Constitution hence the 'confusion'.
Ruto wondered why leaders were complaining about his frequent tours across the county supervising various development projects.
