-vermacelli noodles (i recommend finding the brand i'm using in the video
because it cooks very quickly!)

very good, durable paper that can wrap a lot!)

*sweet thai chilli sauce (can be picked up at any asian market)
*traditional peanut sauce
-hoison sauce
-peanut butter
-garlic
Here's a tip! If you heat the peanut butter and the sauce starts to get really chunky, you
can dilute the sauce with a few tablespoons of water on low heat! Make sure you're on low heat, otherwise you will burn the sauce and it'll be very watery :)

Hi everyone! Welcome to my first back to school video I wanted to show you a couple of recipes that I really like making at home and when I’m on the go. These recipes I love to take along for lunch at school because I can make a good amount and not feel miserable eating!

Cooking is definitely a hobby of mine and I like to do it as much as. I can because it’s very therapeutic and stress relieving for me. I hope you all find this helpful!

I’m no health nut, but I do try to incorporate more vegetables into my diet so these recipes are very quick, and very cheap to make! Double whammy! I hope I can start sharing more Vietnamese recipes/ things my family would make for me as a kid and hopefully you guys can enjoy them as well! What do you guys like to pack for lunch?

My biggest tip for cooking: *TRY your food, and EXPERIMENT! Always wondered what something would taste like? TRY IT! Always wondered if these two ingredients would go together? Google it first, and then try it :)

Anyways! I hope you all enjoy! I’ll see you soon :)

Best,
Angela
