Why doesn't the Frontline mod settings run as specified in Game.ini?

為什麼Frontline mod 的設定 都不會照者Game.ini裡面的設定參數運行?
I set these up
PlayerRespawnTime=0.01
BallistaRespawnTime=0.01
CatapultRespawnTime=0.01
HorseRespawnTime=0.01
Frontline mod
Does not work in the Frontline mod
Will not play a role
