Iran says today is the day that its uranium enrichment levels could exceed a cap set by the 2015 nuclear accord. It would be the first breach of the deal aimed at restricting Tehran's nuclear ambitions in exchange for an easing of international sanctions. It comes after US President Donald Trump abandoned the deal last year and imposed new sanctions. Now Iran says it sees no reason to comply, unless Britain, France and Germany step in to help.
